Reverse-osmosis filtration and UV treatment leave water with nothing to hide: no taste, no minerals, no cloudiness.

We freeze slowly, from one direction, over several days. Air and impurities are pushed out, leaving glass-clear ice.

Every block is hand-guided through the saw and cut to consistent dimensions, so dilution is predictable drink after drink.

Packed in insulated boxes and delivered cold to bars, restaurants and events across metro Perth on a schedule that suits service.
