How it's made

From pure water to the perfect pour

Our process

Purified water
Reverse-osmosis filtration and UV treatment leave water with nothing to hide: no taste, no minerals, no cloudiness.

Directional freezing
We freeze slowly, from one direction, over several days. Air and impurities are pushed out, leaving glass-clear ice.

Precision cutting
Every block is hand-guided through the saw and cut to consistent dimensions, so dilution is predictable drink after drink.
