Our story
Ice deserves as much care as the spirit
Facet Ice Co. started with a simple frustration: beautiful cocktails served over cloudy, fast-melting ice. Ice is an ingredient in every drink, yet it rarely gets the attention it deserves.
So we built a process around clarity. Purified water, slow directional freezing and precision cutting give us ice that is flawless, slow to melt and free of off-flavours. Then we deliver it cold, on time, to the venues that care.
Today we supply bars, restaurants and events across Perth, from intimate cocktail bars to large-scale weddings and brand launches.
